Dear Customers,

First and foremost, we hope you are staying well. Capitol Design Build showroom is adjusting to the current circumstances that all of us are facing. We believe that the service we provide as designers and advisers are important, and we are committed to continuing to serve our customers in a safe and responsible manner.

Unfortunately, we have decided to temporarily close the Showroom to walk in traffic. We will continue to be available by appointments via Zoom meetings or video calls.

The measures we are taking are to ensure for both our customer and wonderful staff.

We are taking precautions with all of our employees based on recommendations made by the CDC and Dept. of Health, including the following:

  • Frequent washing of hands and avoiding the unnecessary touching of face.
  • Avoiding any skin-to-skin contact with customers and colleagues (i.e. handshakes).
  • Increasing overall cleaning and disinfecting practices within stores.

If an employee appears to be suffering from flu-like symptoms, has a family member suffering from flu-like symptoms, or has been in direct contact with anyone having been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the last 30 days, we are requesting that they promptly seek medical attention and to remain at home until they have been cleared to return to work by a medical professional.

While we look forward to continuing to serve you and support your needs during this challenging time, we will likely reduce our in-person visits and interactions, practicing social distancing guidelines to mitigate the spread of COVID-19. We will post in our website and social media videos on how to measure your own space to draw your kitchen layout to continue designing and help with your renovation needs.

Our hearts go out to anyone who has been impacted by the virus, either directly or indirectly, and we are grateful for all the healthcare workers around the world who are on the front lines working to care for people in need.
